If you ever wanted to know what its like to repeatedly travel back and forth to France, I will grant you this conclusion: There is one invariable you covet the whole time you’re not working, tasting, or looking at vineyards - all you’re trying to do is make yourself comfortable while you’re “en route.”
The horror you feel when a guy puts his seatback too far while on the plane. The stench of a fellow passenger’s poor hygiene. Endless security lines following a harrowing taxi ride to the airport. A less than desirable “meal” served by a surly attendant. That one time when you miss an international flight and your twenty-four hour day becomes a thirty-six hour nightmare. Travails such as these makes one long for simple pleasures to justify the mission.
Our goal with this wine club is to make you comfortable in whatever pursuit you’re “en route” to. Consisting of 6 or 12 bottle allotments, you choose the wine you would like to receive and your order will be shipped to your home or business annually upon release. As an En Route member, all of your shipments will include a preferred flat-rate shipping charge, plus applicable taxes.
Club Members are welcome to schedule a complimentary private tasting either in St. Helena or on Mare Island in Vallejo, just steps from the San Francisco Bay Ferry stop.
Should you find yourself in the southwest of France, may we suggest a visit to Maury and the Department 66 winery? "Degustations" can be arranged with advanced notice and will provide for a memorable experience.
Thank you for your consideration.
