Provocative aromas of sweet oak, dark chocolate liqueur, Tahitian vanilla, sage, and plum saturate the glass in a beguiling complexion of aubergine. Sapid flavors of rhubarb, savory red fruits, and boysenberries are evident and harmoniously blend with mineral notes and schistous highlights.
